Our goal is to make catering easy. Here is what you need to know to get started!
Order by phone, over email, or via our website.
Some dates fill up faster than others. We want to ensure that your meeting, gathering, or event goes smoothly, so you may contact us as far in advance as you wish.
Web orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
If you wish to adjust your order you must do so 48 hours in advance and the change must be accepted by one of our staff members.
We deliver within Portland, as well as most outlying areas.
The minimum order for delivery is $100.
Delivery charges are based on ZIP codes. Call or complete your order online for specifics.
We accept cash, business checks, and credit cards.
Payment by mail should be postmarked within 10 days of the date on the invoice.
To pay by credit card, either call and provide your information over the phone, or order and pay online.
We regret that we may have to charge for all or part of orders cancelled within 48 hours of a scheduled event. The charge will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on whether we can utilize any food that was purchased or prepared for the event.
We are prepared to deliver in most weather. Cancellations due to inclement weather will be subject to the same policy, unless we cannot safely deliver your order to you.
We provide everything you need to enjoy your meal and to make your event go smoothly. All deliveries include the appropriate selection of disposable plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and napkins, as well as tablecloths for the serving table, serving ware, serving utensils, serving utensils, salt, pepper, food labels, and to-go containers.
If you are interested in reusable dishes, silverware, or additional linens, we can make arrangements to rent those items.
When you place an order for catering with us, we often send follow-up emails to work out the details of your order. We also occasionally send out newsletters to our catering customers with important updates and catering specials. If you would like to opt out or unsubscribe at any time, simply email email@example.com and include the word “unsubscribe” in the subject line, or click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter itself.
